Meet the Doula
I’m Virginia, and I am a postpartum doula! I have always had a passion for caring for pregnant women, infants, and helping women to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their motherhood journey. To learn more about who I am, click down below <3
My Goal
My goal is to provide compassionate and nurturing care during the most vulnerable moments of pregnancy. Giving birth isn’t just a clinical event. It is a life, mental, and physical transition. Women need constant empowerment, trust, and support throughout this experience. As your doula, I am committted into bringing a peaceful and safe environment during this journey.
I believe that pregnant women are active participants in their care with their voices, concerns, and any preferences there may be. Every woman deserves to be heard and cared for. I will be here to advocate for you, your values, your culture, and your decision-making.

I recommend booking a doula as soon as possible <3 I recommend during your second trimester (20-30 wks) for availability and having the time to build a relationship and discuss your birth plan with your doula, but you can book a doula at any stage of pregnancy and being postpartum <3

A birth doula is supporting expecting mothers and families throughout birth. We are providing comfort measures such as breathing techniques, repositioning, reassurance, massages, and other nonpharmacological factors to support a peaceful birth.
As a postpartum doula, we are supporting mothers and their families after the third trimester, which is the postpartum transition. We support mothers to recover after birth, assist with baby, provide basic newborn education, and offer lactation support. Overall, mainly supporting mom and baby to recover!
